We’ll exchange your unworn, unwashed and undamaged item for another one or for a credit on a subsequent purchase. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we’ll proceed to a full refund.
Here is a checklist for your consideration to see if you are eligible for a refund or an exchange:
- Respectable packaging
- Order date within the past 3 weeks
